Surface mail delivery is included. Add £3 if airmail is required.

To prepare the order online, enter a quantity, 'Add items to order', 'Continue shopping' as necessary. Then in the cart specify 'Surface' or 'Air' and 'Recalculate'. Instead of proceeding to payment, use File/Print to print the cart before exiting. Use that as your order form, not forgetting to add your name and address, and subtract 5%!
