What to do if your details change

As you are reading this page online, I'll assume you can use email to notify changes.

Your details may be used by the Membership Secretary, for the SFHG mailing list, for surname interests published in the Sussex Family Historian and on the website.

The Secretary maintains details of those members who are involved in the running of the Group and changes for those persons should also be copied to the Secretary.

Change of Postal Address

Send an email to the Membership Secretary specifying your name, membership number, and the new address. Any surname interests records will be updated and the change will appear in a future Sussex Family Historian.

Change of Email Address

Some people use several email addresses for different purposes. For security reasons, if at all possible you should notify us using your old, known to us, address.

Email address used for members surname interests

Send an email to the Membership Secretary specifying your name, membership number, and the new address. 'Interests' on the website will normally be updated at the end of the month.

Send an email to Interests giving details of which entries should be removed and which added. For more details see the website.
