It is our intention to add this data during 2009 to an online database, accessible by SFHG members using the username and password available by completing this form. The online database is here.

The census database contains extracts from the SFHG census transcript/index publications which mostly cover West Sussex and Brighton.

SFHG Publications can be found at pubs.html.

By email you can request either:

• a list of all parishes in which the surname appears
• printout of the census details of the surname, in all, or specific, parishes

The list is free if you provide an SAE, or 2 IRCs if overseas.

Lookup fees are currently suspended for enquiries relating to the researcher's own family.
